Unfortunately, if the product you purchased was through a third party seller, and not an authorised Hozelock supplier, the full guarantee is held with them and not Hozelock. Our Statement of Guarantee states:
“Hozelock provides a manufacturer’s guarantee to the initial purchaser for each new product produced by Hozelock that is sold by an authorised Hozelock supplier.”
We would recommend getting in contact with the seller that you purchased the product from, and ask them for a replacement.
If you do not receive a response, and you paid via PayPal in the last 180 days, please inform eBay or Amazon that you have had no response, and they will then forward you to PayPal where you can request a refund under their Buyer Protection.
For any future purchases, you can contact us for confirmation on whether a supplier is authorised by Hozelock.
