Sometimes, you may experience a build up in debris or waste within the Bioforce which can cause the winding to become more difficult.
π§ Step 1: Test the Handle with the Lid Removed
Separate the lid from the bucket.
-
Try winding the handle:
If the handle winds correctly when separated, the issue is likely caused by the internal bucket or debris inside the unit.
π§ Step 2: Check the Position of the Internal White Bucket
If you have recently removed the white internal bucket, it may not have been re-positioned correctly.
-
To ensure itβs seated properly:
Drop the bucket back into the bottom of the Bioforce Revolution.
Give it a slight twist so it locks into the correct position.
Without this twist, the yellow cleaning agitators can catch on the bottom of the bucket, making the handle difficult to turn.
π§ Step 3: Check for Pond Debris
Pond debris can accumulate in the bottom of the bucket and interfere with the cleaning agitators.
-
To fix this:
Remove and hand clean the sponges.
Clean the filter more frequently to prevent debris build-up.
