What to do if your timer is leaking?
If your timer is leaking, the first step is to identify where the leak is coming from.
If the leak originates from the main body of the timer, this may indicate an internal issue. In this case, the product would need to be replaced if it is still under warranty—please contact our Customer Service Team to arrange a replacement.
If the leak is coming from the thread at the top of the unit (connection to tap), it is likely caused by the washers. We recommend re-greasing the washers with silicone, WD40, or vaseline to help create a better seal. If re-greasing does not resolve the issue, please reach out to our Customer Service Team to request replacement spare parts.
