Faults within the first year since it was purchased
All of our products come with a minimum of a 1 year guarantee, which is held with the supplier.
If you return it to where you purchased it from, the supplier will exchange or replace it.
For Online Retailers, please follow their consumer contact.
Faults outside the first year of purchase
To make a guarantee claim please contact our customer support team at support@hozelock.zendesk.com with the following details:
- Full name and address
- Proof of purchase
- Evidence of the fault (photo or video)
- Description of fault
