The Tuffhoze can only be stored on certain reels and carts. Please view the Tuffhoze Compatibility Chart to understand which reels and carts can be used.
Does this work when partly unwound on a reel, or does it need to be fully unwound?
Tuffhoze can be used partly unwound on a reel or cart, or fully unwound. Although Tuffhoze should never be stored full of water/under pressure and should be emptied after each use.
What is the diameter of Tuffhoze?
Tuffhoze has a diameter of between 15mm-18mm depending on water pressure.
Can I use Tuffhoze with a Pressure Washer?

Do I need to register the 30 year guarantee?
No, Tuffhoze comes with a 30 year guarantee that does not need to be registered. Please see the following article regarding extending the guarantee. However, please make sure that you retain your original receipt as proof of purchase as this is what entitles you to a replacement. If Tuffhoze gets damaged, can I cut it into two and repair it using two female connectors?
Tuffhoze gets damaged do not try to repair it. Please contact the Retailer you purchased it from.

Can Tuffhoze be cut to size?
No, this will break the product and also void the guarantee. Tuffhoze is available in three sizes: 12.5m, 25m and 35m.
How do I empty the water out of my Tuffhoze?
Because Tuffhoze is fitted with AquaStop Connectors at each end, you must ensure the nozzle is still fitted and in the open position, this allows the water to be emptied from the hose.
