✅ Extended Guarantee – No Registration Required
Some Hozelock and Hozelock Cyprio products include an extended guarantee beyond the standard 1-year warranty.
To benefit from the extended guarantee:
- You do not need to register your product online
- You must retain your proof of purchase (receipt or online order confirmation)
📌 A valid proof of purchase is what activates your extended guarantee—there is no separate required registration process.
🧾 What Counts as Proof of Purchase?
Your proof of purchase should be either:
- The original store receipt
- A confirmation email from an online order
- Online Invoice
This document must clearly show the date of purchase, the product and the retailer's name.
🛠 How to Make a Guarantee Claim
If your product develops a fault during the guarantee period, please follow these steps:
- Email our Customer Service team at support@hozelock.zendesk.com
- Include the following information in your message:
- Your full name
- Email address and contact number
- A photo of the product or the product model number
- A description of the fault
- Your proof of purchase
