The first year of the guarantee is held with the retailer for faulty products, if you contact them they will be able to arrange a full product replacement for you. However if you are missing spare parts from a recent purchase you will need to come directly to our Hozelock Customer Service Team who will arrange the spare part replacement.

If you purchased it through Amazon, your online account may say the returns window is now closed or their online support may refer you back to Hozelock for advice. However, if you call their Customer Services team on 0800 279 7234 and press option "3" to speak to an advisor, they will be able to arrange a replacement for you.
