We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order after it's been placed. While we’ll always do our best to help, there are a few things you need to know about our cancellation process.
Cancelling Your Order
If you would like to cancel your order, you must contact us between 8am - 4pm on the same day you placed it.
The only way we can cancel an order is if it has not yet been picked and packed by our warehouse team. Once an order enters this stage, it is too far along in the process to cancel.
To check the status of your order and see if cancellation is still possible, please contact our Customer Services team straight away. The sooner you get in touch, the more likely it is that we can stop the order before it is dispatched.

What if My Order Has Already Been Packed?
If your order has already been picked and packed, we won’t be able to cancel it. However, you can still return the item once it arrives.
